PAYMENT PROCEDURE
After you discussed the itinerary with our manager and got the invoice with submitted prices you can make the payment.
You have two options of payment:
- By Bank Transfer. Contact us for details
- By Credit Card (redirect to the RuDIVE Group head site)
PAYMENT POLICY
First payment - 30% of the total cost is required for the reservation.
Final payment – 100 % of remaining amount due to 21 day prior to the trip.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
In case of cancellation of the Tour, the Customer may be subject to the following penalties:
• 30% of the Tour cost, if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the Tour
• 100% of the Tour cost, if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of the Tour
Arctic Circle Dive Centre and the Customer may agree other Tour cancellation terms corresponding to the cancellation terms applied by an air carrier or hotel
